The Comprehensive View of Point-of-Care Ultrasound Online Course is provided solely for educational and professional development purposes. Completion of this course, including receipt of any continuing education credits, does not certify you as a registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS) or grant you any professional credential in ultrasound.

4. Eligibility
This course is intended only for credentialed women’s health providers, including but not limited to:

  • Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs) and other licensed midwives with recognized credentials

  • Nurse Practitioners (NPs)

  • Physician Assistants (PAs)

  • Licensed Physicians (MDs, DOs)

If you are not a credentialed women’s health provider, you may not enroll in or complete this course.

5. Disclaimer and Liability
The materials in this School are provided “as is.” Ultrasound for Women’s Health Providers, its instructors, and affiliates make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Ultrasound for Women’s Health Providers assumes no liability for how you choose to use the knowledge presented in this course. If you perform ultrasound scanning in your clinical practice, you do so at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ultrasound is within the scope of your professional license, training, and all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitations
